I'm Dr Rebecca Harwin, and while I am a qualified clinician and PCOS expert, my most important credential is that I used to be exactly where you are right now.

Over three decades ago, I was the "poster girl" for PCOS. I had no natural cycle. My skin was breaking out, my hair was unpredictable, and I had gained 55 pounds (25kg) that wouldn't budge— no matter how little I ate or how much I exercised.
